MONTROSE — La Grange, the hotly anticipated coastal Mexican collab between the Cottonwood and Flying Saucer teams, opened for dinner yesterday. As previously reported, chef Daniel Ajtai's small plates include smoked tomato campechana, ceviche, and barbecue oysters, while bar manager Linda Salinas will oversee three different bars serving craft beer, tequila, and mezcal.
