DOWNTOWNMoving Sidewalk pays homage to 90's surf culture with a summer cocktail program celebrating cult classic, Point Break. Catch cocktails like Lawyers Don't Surf (mix of Rye Whiskey, Aperitif wine and Rhubarb Amaro with a salty sea water twist via celery salt tincture), before they float away. [EaterWire]

EAST END — After a month long soft opening Ahh, Coffee is officially open. The EaDo coffee house (2018 Rusk St.) offers house-made paninis made with Houston Dairy Maids cheeses and local meats and pastries from Kraftsman Bakery. They'll be serving Boomtown Coffee, but according to General Manager John Sanson expect the occasional guest-coffee brands featured in house for pour-over options and espresso. [EaterWire]
