Chef Randy Rucker's highly anticipated restaurant Bramble is hosting a "Soundcheck," dinner series for three nights (June 30 - July 1) before the soft opening to the public sometime next week. Bramble announced via Facebook all inspections have been passed and the dinner series would be the first taste of the modern Southern-style cuisine.
We reached out to Rucker online for a comment regarding the soft-openning and dinner series. He swiftly replied, "Soundcheck is a chance for us to test the waters so to speak. It's a preview of what's to come from Bramble as a whole and an opportunity for us to get tuned in as a team. It's a chance for the public to get a first glimpse of our restaurant in addition to the food, wine & drinks."
The 6-course menu, will feature wild and cultivated ingredients from nearby and surrounding locations, with a few "aquatic surprises" from the Gulf of Mexico. A boutique wine pairing will also be available (not included in ticket price) and a small à la carte menu will be available for those not participating in the wine pairing.
Tickets are still available:restaurantbramble.eventbrite.com
