BRENHAM Sid Bass has agreed to lend Blue Bell Creameries up to $125 million for the ice-cream company to rebound from their economically taxing listeria recall. DOWNTOWN —  Quattro Restaurant will begin a food and film series August 7 at the Four Seasons Hotel. The series will run through early October, and kicks off with cult-classic Rocky Horror Picture Show. Quattro Executive Chef Maurizio Ferrarese will curate five-course dinners to accompany the film and food events. Proving movie ticket prices are indeed going up, expect the cost to start at $79 per person/$145 per couple, with beverages costing extra.
