In the third dinner of our Chef Meets Brewer series, Eater and Goose Island took over B&B Butchers for a four-course feast full of flavor. Goose Island Brewer Mike Stoneburg perfectly paired five brews with custom creations from B&B Butchers's Chef Brandon Walker. Guests were taken through a huge range of flavors including sliced rare filet and cheddar grits paired with Goose Island's Matilda and tuna tartare paired with Goose Island Pepe Nero.
