MIDTOWN — Gaslamp recently made headlines from accusations of a racist entry policy when a post from Houstonian and attorney Brandon Ball went viral. On Friday, Gaslamp released a rebuttal response on youtube voiced via their attorney, Tim Sutherland. The counter-statement directly responds and postures, "... we are willing to hurt some feelings." EAST END — The second annual Go Pig or Go Home was held yesterday at 8th Wonder Brewery in all of it's full suckling pig feast glory. The judge's grand champion was Weights and Measures and the people's choice champion award went to Black Hill Meats. Runners' up included Fluff Bake Bar and Triniti. [Go Pig or Go Home Facebook]

HEIGHTS — The Southern gents behind Wokker TX Ranger celebrate their one-year anniversary Sunday, September 27 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m at Wolfe's Cleaners.
