Former Houston Rockets' Private Chef Frank Triola Opens Healthy Cafe

Cafe delivers solid Italian staples in South Houston.

Chef Frank Trioloa has opened the doors on 5740 S. Wayside Drive as Frank Triola's Cafe. Triola was previously the owner and executive chef at Azzarelli's, a family restaurant opened by his grandfather in 1945. Prior to this new venture Triola has worked as a private chef whose clients included the Houston Rockets where he cranked out paleo, low fat and vegetarian custom meals. Catering customers started asking for me and so Frank Triola Cafe was born.

Now open for breakfast and lunch with an array of health-minded salads, sandwiches, wraps and pasta dishes.
