In an email to Eater, chef Randy Rucker of Restaurant Bramble nnounced that general manager and wine director William Perez is no longer with Bramble. It seems that Friday January 15th was his last day and there was no clarity provided around the split.
Chef Rucker's Bramble was one of Houston's most anticipated restaurant openings last year and Perez was with the team from the beginning. This departure comes right at the one year anniversary mark and has us sort of scratching our head. Keep a look out for the replacement.
