Revolver Bourbon Social has opened it's new doors in the Washington corridor in the old Outlaw Dave Bar address.  Revolver was a concept launched previously in the Willowbrook neighborhood of Northwest Houston, but the owners decided to move it central, and re-designed the old bar into an edgy neighborhood gastropub with an attitude.

The new space boasts a spacious interior consisting of 1600 square feet and a 4700 square foot patio as well. "Although I'm responsible for the design and build out, I always look for input from those around me," says James Cole, one of the owner partners. "I like to do cool stuff with functionality in mind. The fact that we are a Bourbon Social, which by our definition is a place to see and be seen makes us unique," adds Cole.

Popular menu items include the Chicken Fried Bacon comprised of thick center cut applewood smoked bacon that is hand battered in Revolver's homemade buttermilk batter then deep fried and served with homemade country gravy. The Reloaded Burger is made of a juicy beef patty with BBQ bourbon pulled pork, American cheese, pickles and jalapenos served on a Hawaiian roll. Handmade flatbreads, Bad Ass Brussels Sprouts and the Bacon Blue Cheese Truffle Fries are all items not to be overlooked.
