On Sunday, January 31 Chris Shepherd and the Underbelly team will host chef Matthew Rudofker of Momofuku Ssäm Bar in NYC. Shepherd was played host chef in their restaurant back in October when he served Underbelly's iconic dishes like Korean braised goat and dumplings and Vinegar pie.
We can expect chef Rudofker to reincarnate some of his ingredients and dishes from the second of David Chang's Momofuku Empire: Country hams, Bo Ssäm pork shoulder and whole rotisserie duck. No word yet on which specific dishes chef Rudofker will decide to bring to Houston, but there is no doubt the dinner will be an incredible experience.
