Whether you’re a health junkie or just occasionally require an infusion of liquid nutrients, Houston’s juice bar scene is about to get a little more exciting.
CultureMap reports that Dallas-based chain Buda Juice will soon hit Houston. The chain will open its first location at 2437 University in Rice Village, and more outposts are currently in the works. The chain is known for its cold-pressed juices that are prepared in a frosty 34-degree room, which helps preserve the nutrients in all that kale and celery.
The juice will be prepared in Dallas and delivered to Houston every single day, to ensure that your $8 bottle of liquid nutrition is as potent as when it was pressed. The chain offers 6 different types of juice like the #5, a blend of kale, celery, cucumber, fennel, and spinach. You’ll also find potent “boosts,” like a carrot-orange-turmeric shot, raw nut milk, and a savory chilled soup made with cucumber, tomato, and olive oil.
Buda Juice’s Rice Village location is set to debut next month, and a lease has already been signed for an outpost at The Woodlands Mall. Stay tuned for a concrete opening date.
