Brunch Favorite Snooze A.M. Eatery Will Bring Even More Pancakes To Houston

With two new locations in the works, maybe the lines will be shorter?

More pancakes? Yes please.

It’s only been around for a short while, but Snooze A.M. Eatery has already become a Houston brunch standby. If the hour-plus lines aren’t enough to convince you of that, the chain’s recently-announced plans for expansion certainly will.

Crain’s reports that Snooze currently has two new locations in the works. A lease has already been signed for a space in the Heights, along with an outpost at 600 West Sam Houston Parkway in Memorial. A third location, possibly in Cinco Ranch, is also a possibility.

It looks as if the expansion won’t stop there, either. According to Snooze CEO David Birzon, the chain believes that there’s enough room in Houston’s dining scene for as many as twelve outposts of the brunch-focused restaurant in and around the city.

No opening timeframe has yet been announced for the Heights outpost, but the Memorial location of Snooze A.M. Eatery is expected to open by the end of Spring 2017.
