If you’re a fan of Gilmore Girls, you likely already know that Netflix will revive the iconic series this fall. What you may not know, though, is that you’ll be able to get your very own taste of Stars Hollow without ever leaving Clutch City.

On October 5, more than 200 cafés across the country will be transformed into essential Gilmore haunt Luke’s Diner. You may not be able to benefit from the crabby charm of Luke Danes, but you will be able to enjoy free coffee and plenty of fangirling when Luke’s takes over these 3 Houston coffee shops.

Check out the full list below:

  • The Nook Café, 4701 Calhoun Rd, Houston, TX 77004
  • Honeymoon, 300 Main St, Houston, TX 77002
  • Bosta, 1801 Binz St, STE 115 Houston, TX 77004

Netflix hasn’t released many details about what exactly the Luke’s Diner takeovers are going to look like — will there be pastries? pancakes? — but Eater Detroit reports that servers at the coffee shops may be wearing Luke’s-inspired aprons or t-shirts. Perhaps flannel shirts and baseball caps will also be a part of the required uniform.

The Luke’s Diner pop-up kicks off at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, October 5. Don’t be surprised if Gilmore fangirls haven’t lined up well in advance.
