If you’ve been dying to enjoy Tiny Boxwood’s famous chocolate chip cookies any time you damn well please, the popular Houston spot’s cookie-focused concept has officially opened its doors.

Announced via Tiny’s Milk & Cookies’ Instagram account, the new shop has arrived at 3636 Rice Boulevard as of this morning. The newest concept in the Tiny’s empire, Tiny’s Milk & Cookies is a small walk-up stand focusing entirely on sweet treats and other baked goods.

As the story goes, Tiny Boxwoods chef Baron Doke “obsessed” for three months to create the restaurant’s chocolate chip cookie that’s been a menu fixture since the mini-chain’s debut. In addition to the obsessively-created cookies, you’ll also find coffee drinks, homemade ice cream in freshly-waffled cones, breads, and pastries.

Tiny’s Milk & Cookies kicked open the doors at 7 a.m. today, and nobody’s going to judge you if you ditch work to have one for breakfast.
