If you’ve been thinking that Houston’s burgers are, well, a little too big, a new concept that will soon open its doors in Cypress will serve up the diminutive burgers that you’ve been dying for.
Back in July, the Houston Chronicle reported that Israeli burger chain Burgerim would open its first Texas outpost at The Boardwalk at Town Lake in Cypress. Now, it appears as if Burgerim is getting ready to open its doors. A post to the chain’s Facebook page indicates that Burgerim will make its Houston debut in a matter of weeks.
Check out the post — and feast your eyes on those tiny burgers — below:

For the unfamiliar, Burgerim is arguably Israel’s most popular burger chain. Founded in 2008, it has since exploded to more than 80 locations across Israel. The first U.S. location debuted in 2013 in Los Angeles, and outposts in Memphis and Boca Raton are currently in the works.
If you haven’t been to one of Burgerim’s locations in Florida, California, or Israel, look forward to a choice of two, three, or sixteen(!) sliders customized with a variety of bun, patty, and sauce options. You’ll also find salads, shakes, and Burgerim’s chip-like fries on the menu.
Eater has reached out to Burgerim for a concrete opening timeline — stay tuned for more details.
