The specials, created by executive chef Cedric Vernin and owner Genevieve Guy will feature the oh-so-Francais pancakes for both main courses and dessert.

Chef Danny Trace's Mardi Gras specials include Mardi Foie Gras and Mambo King Cake, while the Valentine's Day menu features indulgent dishes such as Crawfish Stuffed Flounder and "His and Hers" cocktails
Three Brothers Bakery: Mardi Gras season is here, and Three Brothers Bakery is serving up its authentic Louisiana style King Cakes, complete with colored sanding sugar and hidden sugar baby.
