Randy and Monika Ray are bringing their cold-pressed coffee, juices, nut milks and a whole lotta love to The Heights as they prepare to build-out for their first Houston location of Revolucion Coffee + Juice.

Their family-owned and operated juice bar already has several locations throughout Texas, and they've been testing the waters in H-Town for quite some time. You may have seen them at the Rice Village Flea, or running a pop-up outside of Revolution Studios in Kirby, or from when they recently topped our list of Houston's best juice cleanses.

Construction is officially under way on the Heights spot, located at 1231 W. 11th Street. The Rays are giving the space a makeover to create a more lounge-y feel, where guests can sit and sip on charcoal activator juice or seasonally-flavored cashew milk while taking advantage of the free WiFi.

Revolucion plans to open in the coming weeks – stay tuned for grand opening details.
