Liberty Kitchen, F.E.E.D. TX’s latest offering in Garden Oaks, brings its signature seafood, local flavor, and handcrafted cocktails into a space brimming with boho-beach vibes while retaining character elements reflecting the building’s former tenant Gerland’s Grocery – look for the original coolers repurposed as wine storage.
Crisp greens, bright yellows, cool blues, and creamy whites set the backdrop for chic yet casual dining on everything from dumplings to sandwiches and poke to gumbo. A creative footprint allows multiple seating areas including booth, table, bar, oyster bar, and a light-filled window-walled dining room complete with glass doors for private events.
Unique décor collected by F.E.E.D. TX partner Carl Eaves peppers the space while visitors will love the "Yee Haw" wallpaper depicting Texas themes in elaborate designs. Look for further enhancements in the coming weeks including a patio with a vibrant green focal wall and more planters along the sidewalk as the restaurant further embraces the "garden" in its name.
