Continuing this year’s explosion of expansions to Houston, a Denver-based fast-casual concept will make its first move outside Colorado to bring fresh and healthy Indian fare to H-Town over the next three years.

Announced via release, Taja Indian has inked an agreement to open three franchised locations of the concept in Houston and the surrounding suburbs. Taja Indian Cuisine is known for its “fresh-to-order” Indian fare, in addition to a sizeable selection of vegetarian and vegan offerings. Menu items include chicken korma, tofu curry, and aloo gobi, all priced at $10 or less.

The first outpost is expected to open in Pearland, with the next two locations to follow in the coming months. No neighborhoods have yet been determined for future Taja Indian outposts.

The Pearland location of Taja Indian is set to open in late July.
