The Montrose expansion to a 3,700-square-foot location was confirmed last July. Snooze A.M. first launched 10 years ago in Denver and has since expanded to Austin, San Diego, Phoenix, and beyond. The restaurant is known for its "creative twists on classic breakfast dishes" such as pineapple upside down pancakes, breakfast pot pie, and eggs Benedict (take a peek at the Texas menu here).
The restaurants also feature brunch cocktails like mimosas, bloody marys, and micheladas. The Houston outpost will be working with local partner organization Brighter Bites.
Snooze is located at 3217 Montrose Boulevard, Suite 100 in Houston. 713-574-6655.
