In what feels like a string of restaurant data breaches, Colorado-based Noodles & Co. is the latest chain to announce a “data security incident” in which the credit card information of diners was exposed by malware that affected 27 locations of the pasta chain across the country.
According to the Houston Business Journal, three of those outposts – the only affected Noodles & Co. locations in Texas, in fact – are located in Houston and its surrounding areas. Scope out the list of locations below:
- Woodlands Mall - 1555 Lake Woodlands Drive, Spring, 77380
- Richmond and Sage — 5174 Richmond Ave., Houston, 77056
- Baybrook Passage — 19325 Gulf Freeway, Webster, TX 77598
The chain insists that the malware has since been removed, making it safe for customers to swipe their cards for a hearty bowl of pasta. In a statement, a spokesman for Noodles & Co. urged diners to monitor their credit reports and accounts for any suspicious activity due to the hack.
