Fans of Adair’s Kitchen, take note. The owners behind one of Houston’s best comfort food spots have announced plans to bring coffee, freshly-pressed juice, and light healthy fare to River Oaks.

CultureMap Houston reports that Bebidas Juice, Coffee & Bites will open at 2606 Edloe. The concept will, not surprisingly, freshly press its own juices, coffee, nut milks, and other liquid libations in addition to breakfast and lunch bowls and other healthy bites like avocado toast.

“Bebidas is one of those things that’s been in the back of Nick’s and my mind for years. It’s kind of a passion project almost,” co-owner Katie Adair Barnhart told CultureMap. “It was going to be a juice bar. We really wanted cold press juice. When this location opened up, we got so excited about it.”

The next few months will certainly be big for the Adair’s Kitchen team. Once Bebidas opens later this summer, the duo’s River Oaks restaurant Eloise Nichols Grill & Liquor is expected to open this fall.
