If you’ve ever thought that the humble burger would be so much more delicious if it was served with a side of sex appeal, you’re really going to love the saucy new food truck that is headed to Houston.
An announcement on Baby’s Badass Burgers’ website brings the news that the mobile purveyor of sexed-up burgers will make its Houston debut next week. The Los Angeles-based chain was founded in 2009, and has since expanded to locations in Orange County. The truck’s first Texas outpost opened in Austin in February 2015.
Baby’s Badass Burgers is known for its cheekily-named and equally meaty offerings, like the Mamacita, a burger topped with guacamole and pepper jack cheese, and the Southern Belle, which is inexplicably doused in both ranch and bleu cheese dressings. The burgers are served up by “burger babes” dressed in “booty shorts, tank tops, and high heels,” according to Eater Austin.
No schedule for the truck has been posted just yet, but it looks like it will set up shop at Westheimer & Bagby at some point next week. Stay tuned for an official opening date.
