Last year, Shake Shack was decidedly one of Houston’s buzziest new openings. There’s already a second location in the works, planned for Rice Village, but now it appears as if yet another Shake Shack is headed to Houston.

Swamplot reports that signage for Shake Shack has shown up in renderings for the new mixed-use development at Fairview & Mason in East Montrose. The proposed location would occupy a unit next door to the former Meteor Lounge, along with Californian fast-casual chain Lemonade and yet another outpost of Steel City Pops.

Shake Shack has yet to confirm whether or not a third Houston outpost is in the works, but Eater Houston has reached out for more details. Either way, it probably won’t open its doors ahead of the Rice Village outpost, which is slated to land by the end of 2017.

In the meantime, you’ll have to head to the Galleria for a Shackburger and those delicious crinkle fries.

UPDATE: A spokesperson for Shake Shack tells Eater that “as of today,” the chain is not working on a location at this development. Which doesn’t exactly rule out plans for the future, right?
