What makes Monday better? $1 pizza night, clearly. From 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. tonight, October 23, Neapolitan pizzeria Cane Rosso is celebrating the one-year birthday of its Montrose location in Houston with absurdly cheap pizza.

Swing by Cane Rosso in the Museum District at 4306 Yoakum Boulevard for the party, which offers $1 margherita or marinara Neapolitan-style pizza or $1 focaccia bread. The celebration also includes $5 house cocktails “all-freaking-night-long,” as the Facebook invite puts it. If you want to order off the new fall menu by chef Jonathan Jones and chef Matt Wommack, that will be available too.

Just know that $1 pizzas are limited to one per person, and all pizzas beyond margherita and marinara are regular price. Other Cane Rosso deal notes: normal happy hour specials will not be in effect tonight, and this deal doesn’t include take-out, carryout or delivery.

Cane Rosso is expecting a busy evening because really, pizza tastes extra good when it’s only a buck.
