Skeeter’s Mesquite Grill Is Down a Location

Skeeter's Mesquite Grill, one of Houston's favorite local chain restaurants, is down a location. The family-owned business is closing its Woodlands location at 4747 Research Forest Drive this week, according to the Houston Chronicle. It’s kind of an institution in that neighborhood, seeing as that Skeeter's location made it there nearly 20 years.

Skeeters Woodlands will be open until November 19, so there’s still time for folks in the neighborhood to get down there and say goodbye. Skeeter's still has locations in Wesleyan, Kingwood, and Sugar Land.
