California chef Michael Mina and Food Network host Ayesha Curry will bring their grill-obsessed restaurant International Smoke to Houston.

International Smoke is set to debut at CityCentre next year, making Houston the third location for the restaurant, according to a press release. It’s a collaboration between the James Beard Award-winning Mina, who operates a number of restaurants in California and beyond, and Curry, an actress and host of Ayesha’s Homemade. According to Eater San Francisco, the first outpost of the restaurant will open next week, and another is set to arrive in Waikiki next year.

According to a press release, the restaurant will bring “global approaches on fire, grilling, and smoke” to Space City. The restaurant project began at Mina’s Test Kitchen, where Chef Hugo Ortega opened Mi Almita back in August. “I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of CityCentre,” Mina said in a statement. “Our International Smoke menu highlights global flavors that are balanced out by pairing an array of spices with delicious meats, seafood and fresh produce. I’m excited to share these bold and dynamic dishes with the people of Houston.”

International Smoke is expected to open in early 2018. Stay tuned for an official opening date.
