After 30 years of serving up breakfast to Houstonians, LePeep is plotting a move to a brand new location.

Fortunately, fans of the restaurant won’t have to go far to find the new LePeep, which is set to open just a third of a mile down the road from the original location at 4702 Westheimer. According to a press release, the restaurant will occupy a 4,100 square foot space that will seat 140 diners, including a 10-seat counter. LePeep will get a revamped look, courtesy of Gotsdiner Architects.

Perhaps most importantly, LePeep also plans to offer a boozy menu at its new locations. Brunch beverages (think Bloody Marys, mimosas, and Bellinis), beer, and wine will be on offer at the new location, and can be paired with the restaurant’s menus of breakfast and lunch classics, which will largely stay the same. LePeep will also add a cocktail menu at its location in Memorial City by the end of the year, with the chain’s other locations to follow in the coming months.

LePeep will open its new location sometime in late November. Stay tuned for more details on an official arrival date.
