In a rapid expansion, Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café has announced it will open two new Houston-area locations in Katy and The Woodlands in spring 2018, with a third slated for College Station.
Sweet Paris already operates three locations in Rice Village, CityCentre, and Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico. The new Katy outpost will seat 80 in the 1,800 square-foot indoor-outdoor space at La Centerra at Cinco Ranch, an upscale retail and restaurant center. Details on The Woodlands location haven’t been released yet, as they are still being finalized, and the College Station outpost will be popping up adjacent to Texas A&M University.
For the unfamiliar, the French-inspired spot features an extensive selection of sweet and savory crêpes made from scratch, in addition to waffles, salads, paninis, soups, milkshakes, and hot drinks. The inventive crêpes selection includes options like: La Canadienne with poutine cheese, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, and maple syrup; Truffled Caprese with mozzarella, basil-infused cherry tomatoes, and truffle oil; and the Apple Cinnamon Crème Brûlèe with torched vanilla cream and caramelized apples.
Sweet Paris Crêperie will debut in Katy and The Woodlands sometime in Spring 2018. Stay tuned for an official opening date.
