More than two years in the making, Hakkasan Group’s outpost of Yauatcha in Houston is finally inching toward opening its doors.

No official opening date has yet been set for Yauatcha, but the restaurant is furiously trying to get the doors open, with plans to host a hiring fair for front and back-of-house staff at the Hilton Houston Post Oak Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of this week.

Ahead of its impending arrival, Eater’s got an exclusive sneak peek at the boozy libations that will be available for sipping alongside dim sum and pastries when Yauatcha finally does make its Houston debut. Feast your eyes on this list of top-shelf, fruit-infused libations, and stay tuned for more details on when you’ll be able to drink them.
