Two culinary heavyweights are headed to Houston for a one-night-only pop-up on Friday, May 5th. Enrique Olvera — of Mexico City’s Pujol and New York’s Cosme and Atla — is headed to Houston with Daniela Soto-Innes (2016 James Beard award winner for Rising Star Chef of the Year and chef de cuisine of Cosme.) The event is benefitting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Houston, is happening at Ecclesia Houston and tickets are available now, starting at $150.

The night will be focused around tostadas — Olvera and Soto-Innes will serve a multi-course menu of the Latin American dish, both savory and sweet. If interested in shelling out more for a VIP ticket (these are $225), the night will also include a meet-and-greet with the chefs as well as coffee from Greenway Coffee Company for sipping and handmade churros for noshing.

Joining the out-of-town chefs is Houston-based bartender Alba Huerta of Julep.
