— As he looks to expand his restaurant empire into Austin, Ronnie Killen has officially handed over the reigns at Killen’s Steakhouse to a brand new chef. CultureMap reports that Killen has tapped Steve Haug, formerly of Peska Seafood Culture and Grazia, to lead the kitchen. Notably, Haug spent 10 years at the Galleria outpost of Del Frisco’s, which probably means that the man knows his way around steak. [CultureMap]
