Before its official opening date, Chef Paul Qui will open the doors to a few lucky diners this weekend for a first taste of Aqui.

Qui announced the news in a series of tweets on Wednesday night, saying that Aqui will kick open the doors this weekend for a preview at the restaurant. Earlier this week, Eater reported that OpenTable is currently taking reservations for Aqui starting on August 14, and it appears that date still stands as the restaurant’s official first full day of service.

Scope out Qui’s tweets below:

Qui has not yet released an official menu for Aqui, but has provided plenty of insight into his culinary thought process as construction on the restaurant’s Montrose home was completed. In March, the chef shared that he was working on a variety of Filipino dishes, including classics like pancit and lumpia, for the menu at Aqui.

Reservations for Aqui’s first night of service are already being snapped up, and all the the coveted 7 p.m. slots are already gone.
