With Hurricane Harvey barreling down on the Texas coast, Three Brothers Bakery is serving up a way for Houstonians to keep themselves occupied during the storm: sheetcaking.

Inspired by Tina Fey’s appearance on Saturday Night Live’s Weekend Update, in which she encourages those weary of all the political upheaval in recent weeks to eat their feelings, Three Brothers Bakery introduced a quarter-size sheet cake emblazoned with an American flag and the word “sheetcaking” penned in frosting. Along with providing a delicious way to process one’s emotions, the cakes will also raise money for Holocaust Museum Houston.

“We saw the Saturday Night Live skit and thought about how we could get involved,” said Three Brothers co-owner Bobby Jucker in a statement. “This bakery was founded by Holocaust survivors, so donating a portion of the proceeds to the Holocaust Museum Houston seemed like a natural fit for us.”

Three Brothers Bakery has not announced plans to close its doors, which means that there’s still time to grab a sheet cake before the weather really gets bad.
