Citing rising rents, Chef Bryan Caswell and restaurateur Jennifer Caswell will shutter Little Big’s, the popular slider restaurant that the duo opened at Chelsea Market.

Negotiations between the Caswells and their landlord at Chelsea Market didn’t end favorably, which means that Little Bigs will close its doors at the end of the month, reports CultureMap. The duo, which also owns the forthcoming Oxbow7, El Real, and Reef, is currently seeking out new locations in several popular Houston dining neighborhoods, including Montrose and the Heights.

It’s going to be a busy couple of months for the Caswells, as they search for a new home for Little Bigs, get Oxbow7 up and running, and get their restaurant Reef back in order. The dining room at the duo’s popular seafood spot took significant damage during Hurricane Harvey, and no timeline has been set just yet for its return.

Little Bigs is set to close on September 30. Oxbow7, originally scheduled to open on September 19, will arrive this Wednesday.
