Popular healthy drink chain JuiceLand is set to open its second Houston-area location in Houston, this time in Montrose.
The Austin-based juice bar has been setting up shop at 1340 Westheimer Road, and will quietly begin welcoming smoothie enthusiasts this week. JuiceLand opened its first Houston location back in 2016, and the Montrose outpost is the second of three planned units in Space City. Signage went up last week at the chain’s third planned location at 5310 Kirby Drive, but no word yet on an opening date for that location.
In keeping with its health-focused menu at other JuiceLand locations, the Montrose location will serve up classic drinks like the Originator (apple, cherry, banana, and peanut butter) along with grab-and-go meals (think a vegan take on gyros or bean burritos) and snacks.
The Montrose location will officially open on Saturday, September 23, but juice fans can stop in starting on September 20 for an infusion of liquid nutrients as the shop gets ready for its grand opening.
