B.Good, a health-conscious restaurant chain born on the East Coast, has announced plans to bring at least ten outposts of the fast-casual eatery to Houston.
The restaurant chain is expected to debut in Northwest Houston sometime this year, opening its first location at The Market at Springwood Village. According to QSR, B.Good currently operates upwards of 60 restaurants on the East Coast, along with outposts in Canada, Switzerland and Germany. The Space City locations of B.Good will be operated by a local franchise group, LGNS Healthy Foods.
While menu options for each location vary slightly based on seasonally-appropriate produce, diners can look forward to a menu of trendy kale and grain bowls, burgers, sandwiches, and smoothies. At other locations across the country, B.Good works with local purveyors who provide ice cream that is blended into less-healthy (and arguably more delicious) milkshakes. The chain has not yet announced which local purveyors it will source from in Houston.
No official opening date for the opening of B.Good’s first Houston location has been announced just yet. Stay tuned for more details.
