— Flower Child, the healthy eatery from Fox Restaurant Concepts (North Italia, True Food Kitchen) has chosen Uptown Park as the location for its first Houston location. — Bravery Chef Hall, the new food hall from Conservatory founders Anhi Mai and Lian Nguyen, has announced a few details on its first concepts. More information is forthcoming, but diners can look forward to Southeast Asian fare from former Underbelly chef de cuisine Gary Ly, a pasta restaurant from Ben McPherson (formerly of Krisp Bird & Batter, Prohibition, and Batanga), and a “showcase” from Andes Cafe owner David Guerrero called Nuna, which will focus on “coast Latin and Market seafoods.” [EaterWire]
