Earlier this month, popular Mediterranean chain Fig & Olive made its Galleria debut, and crowds are already flocking to the upscale eatery.

The offerings on Fig & Olive’s menu focus on Italian, Spanish, and French influences like mushroom croquette, octopus carpaccio, and truffle risotto to start, followed by dishes like short ribs, lamb chops, and paella for the main course. Crostini have their own section on the menu — topped with mushrooms, goat cheese, truffle, or Jamon Iberico — and can be mixed and matched in sets of 3 or 6.

The restaurant already has outposts in New York, California, Washington, D.C., and Chicago, and its new Houston location is housed inside a massive 7,000-square-foot space across from the recently-revamped Saks Fifth Avenue building. Diners can look forward to eating al fresco on the terrace or grabbing a seat in the dining room or bar-lounge.

Hours are Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday until midnight, Saturday 10 a.m. to midnight, and Sunday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Check out the menus below before heading over.
