Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café founders Allison and Ivan Chavez are opening a fifth location of their crepe cafe this summer, this time in Highland Village. Located at 2701 Drexel Drive, this new location promises to be très French, thanks to design from NY-based architecture firm Rockwell Group.
The 136-seat restaurant in Highland Village will open late summer with a main dining room and a private dining room, along with an outdoor space covered with hanging plants, lanterns, and fans. The design will be influenced by Parsian sidewalk cafes, with marble cafe tables, white painted brick walls, and French grey oak and antique mirror accents. The 2,364 square foot restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner or dessert with an emphasis on its wine menu.
Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café currently operates three locations: Houston, Rice Village, Houston CityCentre and Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, with three additional locations opening in Katy, College Station and the Woodlands.
