Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café, one of Houston’s favorite destinations for thin pancakes, has officially opened its newest location in Katy.

The restaurant has officially set up shop at 23501 Cinco Ranch Boulevard in Katy, inside the La Centerra at Cinco Ranch development. The all-day dining destination will occupy a 1,824-square-foot space that’s outfitted in “French, industrial” decor. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café serves a lengthy list of crepes, both sweet and savory.

Diners can look forward to a menu of inventive crepes inspired by familiar dishes, like chipotle-sauced enchiladas, carbonara, caprese and chicken alfredo. On the sweet side of the menu, Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café stuffs crepes with vanilla bean ice cream, s’mores, and dulce de leche. Waffles, soups, salads, paninis, and egg dishes will be on offer, along with inventive milkshakes (think toasted coconut with dulce de leche) and Nutella-spiked hot chocolate.

Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café is now officially open in Katy from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
