This summer, a new restaurant called Coterie will debut at Downtown high-rise Market Square Tower with all-day dining and luxe Italian interiors.
The restaurant is a project of Fusion Beans and Southside Espresso’s Sean Marshall and real estate developer Charles Lusk, neither of whom have a traditional full-service restaurant background. Marshall opened Southside Espresso on Westheimer in 2012, and it’s likely that the caffeinated options at Coterie will reflect his coffee-obsessed background. Perhaps most importantly, though, the restaurant promises to offer dining options all day long, including breakfast and late-night service.
Marshall and Lusk have not announced who will helm the restaurant’s kitchen just yet, or divulged much on the menu beyond saying that it will change seasonally. Coterie will occupy a 1,500 square foot space, outfitted in furniture and decor that is handmade in Italy, according to a press release. A walk-in wine room will be situated in the center of the restaurant, where diners can take a tour through the wine list before ordering a glass or bottle.
Coterie is expected to make its debut at Market Square Tower this summer. Stay tuned for more details on what this restaurant is going to look like.
