BCK Kitchen & Cocktail Adventures, arguably one of Houston’s most creative new eateries, will debut brunch service this weekend, and the menu is a total doozy.

Executive chef Peter Petro and head chef Jeff Fernandez dreamed up the menu of hangover-busting delights, which range from a simple ham-egg-and-cheese breakfast sandwich to the Apple Jacks breakfast bun, a sugary apple pastry topped with the popular childhood cereal and a glaze that’s reminiscent of cereal milk.

BCK will also up the brunch cocktail ante with bloody marys garnished with Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, and a build-your-own mimosa offering that provides drinkers with a bottle of bubbly and a juice (cranberry, orange, or grapefruit) of their choice. Priced at $30, it’s definitely a budget-friendly brunch boozing option. On the boozier side of things, find orange-infused vodka in an updated take on the classic Screwdriver.

The restaurant will debut brunch service on Saturday, April 28. The dishes will be on offer from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Before heading to the Heights, scope out the full menu of brunch offerings below.
