U’Maki Sushi Burrito’s New Katy Location Is Opening So Soon

U’Maki Sushi Burrito is just about ready to open its second location. The Houston destination for massive raw-fish-filled seaweed wraps will open up an outpost this week at The Shoppes at Grand Crossing in Katy. The address is 98 West Grand Parkway South, Suite 160, and that location is at the corner of I-10 and SH-99 near the Costco. Things kick off this Thursday, and then next week, there’s going to be a big party for U’Maki Sushi Burrito’s grand opening too.

Owner Byron Lee told Eater: “We will open May 17th with our grand opening slated for May 26th, Saturday. For the grand opening, we are offering a buy-one, get-one-free special along with prizes to be raffled off throughout the day.”
