A giant new drinking and dining destination is putting down roots in Midtown. Pour Behavior is slated to open this winter at 2211 Travis Street at the corner of Travis and Webster streets. The restaurant will clock in at 12,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, and construction is anticipated to begin this fall.

Pour Behavior is a joint project from Houston nightlife veterans Joe Arbeely of Lumen and On The Kirb; Chase LoVullo of Brixx on Washington, V21, and Proof Rooftop Lounge; and Roveen Abante of Lincoln Bar. So is this like the bar version of a supergroup?

“The three of us have been friends and partners in other projects for quite some time now,” the partners said in the press release. “When we found this location in Midtown, we knew that we had the opportunity to really do something special that combined all of our experiences into one incredible venue.”

Expect to find brick oven pizzas and burgers on the menu, and plenty of TVs and games like ping pong, shuffleboard, and cornhole scattered around the rustic-meets-modern space. Check out renderings below, and Pour Behavior is also participating in Houston-based NextSeed investor site.
