PokeWorks, the New York City chain that first arrived in Houston in 2017, will open two new outposts in the Space City suburbs.

Facebook pages for outposts in Webster and Pearland indicate that the chain will open both new locations before the end of the year. The first will arrive at 1041 Bay Area Boulevard in Webster, and the second will set up shop at 2630 Pearland Parkway in Pearland. That would bring the total number of PokeWorks locations in Houston to five, joining currently-open restaurants in the Heights and Montrose, along with a Katy outpost that’s expected to debut next week.

Poke bowls continue to boom in Houston, and PokeWorks isn’t the only restaurant that’s got its eyes on the city. Shops dedicated to the raw fish dish are still popping up all over the city, like MidMain’s new spot Diced Poke and a second location of U’Maki, and more are en route — LemonShark Poke has multiple locations in the works, Genki Poke is preparing to open its doors in Cypress, Nani Bowls will hit The Woodlands in the coming months, and a tipster tells Eater that Ono Poke is plotting a second location at 500 Dallas Street. Soon, there will be a poke shop on every corner in Houston, it seems.

PokeWorks is expected to open in Pearland in October 2018, with the Webster location following in December.
