As forthcoming food destination Finn Hall inches closer to opening, the Downtown food hall’s operators have released more details on its cocktail offerings.
The latest addition is St. Jac’s, a bar located on the ground floor amongst 10 food vendors in the main hall, according to the Finn Hall website. It’ll focus on craft beer, wines on tap, and specialty cocktails, and will be open from lunchtime to 11 p.m. on weekdays and 12 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. St. Jac’s joins the mezzanine level bar Swallow’s Nest, which will give drinkers a birds eye view of the surroundings. Also operating from lunch ‘til late night, this bar promises a cocktail-heavy menu amid Art Deco surroundings.
As Eater previously reported, more than 10 eateries have already been announced for the exciting development including Amaya Coffee, Goode Co. Taqueria, Mala Sichuan Bistro, and Dish Society earlier this year, plus recently announced spots Oddball Eats, Yong, Sit Lo, and Craft Burger.
In anticipation of its summer opening, Finn Hall also posted sample menus for some of the vendors on its website. For example, Goode Co. Taqueria will be offering five taco options, along with a seafood cocktail, tortilla soup, salad, and empanadas. Also on its menu are granola and breakfast tacos stuffed with eggs and fixings like chorizo to accommodate the food hall’s 7 a.m. start time and hungry early morning diners.
Eater has reached out to Finn Hall to pin down an exact opening date. Stay tuned for when that information becomes available.
