A new Asiatown restaurant is hoping Houston diners have a craving for chicken katsu curry. A fast-casual chain called Go! Go! Curry just signed its first franchise development deal for Houston, QSR reports.

A Go! Go! Curry location is slated to open in August at 9889 Bellaire Boulevard. The Japanese comfort food spot is originally from Kanazawa-city in Japan, and the first location in America opened near Times Square in 2007. There are currently six Go! Go! Curry outposts in New York and one in Cambridge, and the chain hopes to open 55 locations in the U.S. and Canada by 2022.

Here’s what curry fans will find on the menu: curry sauce served over short-grain rice with thinly shredded cabbage and six different proteins. The choices include pork, chicken, sausage, tofu, shrimp tempura or vegetables, then the combinations explode exponentially since diners can add five different toppings; rakkyo or sweet pickled shallots; boiled eggs, cheese, fukuzinzuke or pickled radish; and natto, fermented soybeans. Check out the menu (and flow chart) here.
