Pepper Twins, a local chain for Sichuan-style Chinese food, is opening its sixth location at CityCentre this fall.
The restaurant will join a lengthy list of other exciting eateries when it comes to the development, most notably International Smoke from Ayesha Curry and Michael Mina, which is already getting negative reviews from bitter Rockets fans before the restaurant opens on July 5. Plus, Hopdoddy Burger Bar and JuiceWell will also be arriving in the coming months.
The 3,500 square-foot, second-story eatery will feature both indoor and outdoor spaces including a patio facing an interior courtyard and a shared terrace overlooking CityCentre’s central plaza. From its contemporary-designed space, Pepper Twins will serve up additive-free country-style dishes that are made with organic ingredients like the “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” — a beef tendon dish that earned nods from GQ last year. Diners will also find a handful of fried rice options, alongside traditional dishes like kung pao or orange chicken, Mongolian beef, plus seafood and pork options.
Hours of operation will be Tuesday through Sunday 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
