It’s almost time for brunch at Poitín, Ian Tucker and chef Dominick Lee’s refined new restaurant at Sawyer Yards. While Poitín is named after a type of Irish moonshine, the brunch menu’s drink list sticks to favorites like milk punch and aperol spritzes, and an eye-opening espresso martini.
Meanwhile, the restaurant’s global theme is obvious in the brunch menu too: entrees include Korean short ribs, Texas steak and eggs, and jasmine rice congee. Pancake fans need to put Poitín’s claim of having the “blueberriest” buttermilk pancakes to the test too. Sides include praline bacon, seasonal pop tarts, and “bad-ass” muffins.
Brunch services launches tomorrow, June 9, at Poitín, which will serve brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the weekends. The entire brunch menu is below:
